Printing Instructions for PDF:

- Print page two on back of page one. If you have a duplex option, use the Short Side option. The tops of pages one and two should be on the same side of the page.

- Cut out calendar pages on the wide bold lines.

- Fold calendar pages on the dotted lines. (Calendar pages on page one are to the inside.)

- Staple the calendar in (3) places with the ends of the staples inward.
