\nDeeply felt, though scarcely known?
\nWho the hungering soul can feed,
\nGuard and guide, but God alone?
\nBlessed promise! while we see
\nEarthly friends must powerless be,
\nEarthly fountains quickly dry,
\n\u201cGod<\/strong>\u201d shall all your need supply.<\/p>\n
\nNothing less can we receive.
\nOh that thankful love may glow
\nWhile we restfully believe, –
\nAsk not how, but trust Him still;
\nAsk not when, but wait His will:
\nSimply on His word rely,
\nGod \u201cshall<\/strong>\u201d all you need supply.<\/p>\n
\nOutward, inward need we trace;
\nNeed arising day by day,
\nPatience, wisdom, strength, and grace.
\nNeeding Jesus most of all,
\nFull of need, on Him we call;
\nThen how gracious His reply,
\nGod shall \u201call<\/strong>\u201d your need supply.<\/p>\n
\nIs our Father\u2019s loving power;
\nHe upholds each mighty star,
\nHe unfolds each tiny flower.
\nHe who numbers every hair,
\nEarnest of His faithful care,
\nGave His Son for us to die:
\nGod shall all \u201cyour<\/strong>\u201d need supply.<\/p>\n
\nFor a fancied good denied,
\nWhat we deemed a pressing need
\nStill remaining unsupplied.
\nYet from dangers all concealed,
\nThus our wisest friend doth shield;
\nNo good thing will He deny,
\nGod shall all your \u201cneed<\/strong>\u201d supply.<\/p>\n
\nScan the glory of God\u2019s love?
\nSuch shall be the boundless measure
\nOf His blessings from above.
\nAll we ask or think, and more,
\nHe will give in boundless store,
\nHe can fill and satisfy,
\nGod shall all your need \u201csupply<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nFrom the Fountain of the Throne,
\nChrist the Saviour, Son of God,
\nBlessings flow through Him alone.
\nHe, the Faithful and the True,
\nBrings us mercies ever new:
\nTill we reach His home on high,
\n\u201cGod shall all your need supply.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n
